I’ve been using topical minoxidil for almost 2 years now and I’m tired of applying it to my hair I’ve became very inconsistent lately with it because of that I am thinking of hopping on 2.5 mg oral minoxidil but I’m not sure of the safety, what do you all think ? I’ve added what my hair looked like when I started minoxidil to now, i am also on 1 mg of finasteride daily for 10 months now.

I’m 21 and have been experiencing hair loss since I was 16, I noticed my hairline started to slightly Recede when I was 16 then at about 19 my hair really started to think on top, I hopped on finasteride and minoxidil and read way too much online and scared myself into getting side effects when it was really all in my head. I’ve now been on minoxidil for 15 months and finasteride for 5 months and I’ve seen some really good results but I am still not happy with my hairline. Is there any advice on a transplant or who is recommended? Thanks. the first 3 photos are before I started anything and the last 3 are now, would love feedback!
