Have you tried a shorter cut look? Leave the front longer and cut the sides and back very short.

Once you start down the HT route it is hard to go back.

 

The thing with transplanting into native hair is you risk shock loss, and also 500 grafts is not so much.

I know you are considering starting Fin from your other posts. I think if you transplanted only a low number of grafts into the front alone you risk losing the hair behind that as you age.

 

Consult with a hair restoration physician if you can, and if you go for a HT plan for future loss and do a higher total number of grafts - at least 2,000.

1. My hair in the front wont grow any longer, i havent cut in 1,5 years! (will finas help here)

2. i know 500 is not much but i think it would be enough to get same density in the hairline, what density do you think i have in the front?

3 if i do 2000 can they spread it over places i already have hair?

4 last question, so even if i put 500 grafts in the sides of the front and lose in the future, i would still need em there anyway and just put more behind?

also as i can se i have saved a very long hair but on top of my haid only a few hairs is long! I have been using minox maybe 3-4 years!

Hello I'm new to this forum only done a few posts, I thought I start to show pictures of where I am now!

What density do you think I have in the front? I've had high hairline since I was a child but started to loose when I was maybe 17 and im now 24. When hair is wet and separeted its look thin but when dry and brushed it get really good covarege.

Im thinking of putting maybe 250 grafts in each side, as long as i get same denisty as in the front i would get could covarage. Also it seems little expensive to travel to maybe turkey to just put 500grafts. Is it possible to put hairs in a area where there is already hear?

hm maybe buy and only take 0.20mg eod or 0.50mg mon wen fri. Should one stop if sides show up or continue?

man about that scalp, mine is really bad! Even after washing with keto i have to really use force with my nails to get some of the shit that is sticked upon my scalp to fall of?! How are you supposed to treat seborrheic?

I am taking Propecia, too, with some minor sides, the only one being no erection in the morning. I am hoping this will go away.

 

May I ask you a question? Are there any Norwood 7s in your family? I am having this dilemma myself, which is why I ask. My dad is a Norwood 6, very similar to my hair loss. My maternal grandfather, however, who had a full head of hair throughout his 20s and 30s, perhaps even in his 40s, became a Norwood 6,7 hybrid later on in life. Jus the possibility of Norwood 7 scares me. I never thought I would be so excited and hopeful to inherit my dad's NW 6 pattern. lol

Im thinking about starting taking finasteride, but affraid of the sides. Im thinking of taking 0.20mg EOD or every day. Or maybe 0.5mg mon wen fri.

Have any of you guys been using this and got sides?

hsrp10 did u get the sides even with only mon wen fri? On what dosage?
