    Crown to be done in 2nd sitting although I’m happy they went deep into the mid scalp to cover vertex.

    If I were you, I’d do the 2 stage approach, save crown for 2nd sitting unless you were blessed with extraordinary donor.

    my philosophy is it took me a long time to lose the hair, so an extra year in a lifetime to get it back is nothing. Several years from now it will seem like ages ago!

    Great point, thanks!

    All views look solid at this point outside of the top down view...which can be expected at this point in time- fingers crossed that improves :).

    Did you leave the crown for Phase 2 or full area was covered?

    I am booked with Eugenix and targeting only hairline and  mid scalp in Phase 1… but still feel id its a goid decision or I should take the risk of poor donor and do all at once (scalp and beard donor)

    @aaalan you are really a Norwood 6 going on Norwood 7. Are you taking any medication like finasteride to help strengthen your donor/remaining hair on top? This would be my first move and to give it at least six months to see if your hair responds. Also you really need someone who specializes in Norwood 6/7 hair loss. Names like Dr Pitella, Dr Sethi, etc. What are your goals? Are you looking for full coverage? Would you be open to having beard grafts used to augment covering your hair loss? Take some time researching for doctors that turn out excellent results with lots of patients who have the same/similar hair loss as yourself and who have similar goals. Wishing you all the best.

    Thank you, I have just started Finastride since a month.

    I am fully ok with beard grafts. I would like a temple work done aswell along with full head- so goals are ambitious. Thanks I will look into the dr. You suggested in my research for sure.

    @Gatsby

    Do you think I should wait until I see Finastrides result before jumping into transplant investment?
    Is there scope for decent temple work done going by my pictures?

  5. Of course this all depends on a few factors.

    1) How is your donor

    2) Are you taking meds

    3) Where do you want your hairline to be

    4) What does the doctor you chose like to do more than 3000 grafts.

    5) How old are you

    Very Helpful Lorenzo, thanks.
