I went to Dr. Alexander in Az for a consult and found out he charges three times more than Garbutt, Garbutt's consultant showed me a patient with actual procedure there, but never met the doctor, I guess I will keep doing my homework.

Let me know how it goes, I've been thinking of going with Garbutt.
