  1. It's not exactly a scar, it's just more like a very tiny line without hair. I've asked it to the trichologist and he said it's no problem at all, but he said to me to ask to my doctor. I'm gonna have a reunion with my doctor when I reach the post-10 months to talk about the new session of FUE I'm gonna have in next September or so., Then I can ask about my sideburn.
  2. So basically it's better getting hair from the scalp to sideburns instead of using beard or body hair, right? Then to fix sideburns it's exactly the same as normal hair.
  3. Really? Then I'm gonna ask them this week, I hope so.
  4. But generally is necessarily a lot of grafts or the number is fairly low for sideburns?
  5. Hello! This is my post on this forum. I'm from Portugal and I have a Norwood 5 hair loss pattern. I've already made 2 sessions of FUE with more than 2.200 follicles/grafts to 2 thirds of my scalp. Now in September I'm gonna do a last session to the last third of my head, it's the crown zone. I've done the first 2 sessions in 20 and 21 of September 2012. So at 21 of May, this month, it's gonna be 8 months after my hair transplant. The clinic where I've done it it's considered one of the best out tehre, it's called CM2C. It's results have been fascinating and many celebrities use this clinic. Now, in one of my sideburns I have a little scar with no hair (it's veryt iny but noticeable), it's from an accident I had when I was a kid. It's no big deal at all but I still want to ask this. Is there any problem with fixing the sideburns? Do the sideburns zone lose hair with time or that never happens? If they fix the tiny scar (it's more like a line with no hair instead of a scar, per-se) do you think I should take the opportunity to ask them if they can put my sideburns with more hair? My sideburns never had that much hair. They are just normal. But do you think that I'm just wasting some important grafts that can be aimed to more important areas? Attention: my donor area is excellent. Obviously, this is not gonna be a problem in the near future since there's gonna appear those new techniques such as hair cloning and hair multiplication: Hair Cloning & Multiplication Hair Transplant News Follicle | Bernstein Medical - Center for Hair Restoration
