This drug was designed to lower blood pressure in the 80's. You need to consult with a doctor first before considering this for hair loss.

Honestly when you make a statement like that about two of the worlds best doctors then yes please show us.
Yes please do show us Hairgod. Spitting random bile throughout the forum isn't helping anyone.

Definitely look into meds. Also make sure you consult with surgeons before going ahead.

Looks like a good option vs having an FUE into the scar. How long does the pigment last is scar tissue?

Post more pictures including donor region.

Amazing result. Great photos! Congrats

Looking good at this stage. Keep us updated with your growth progress. Dr Gabel is one of the best!

Yes, my biggest concern are my temples which the lastest surgery did nothing. Even the hairline i have not much hope looking at the after op pic density.
My plan will be to punch these grafts out at temple and reimplant them correctly if they are any good and use as little as possible from my donor area.
20 - 30 of the most offending grafts could be punched & reused. Wait for the final result at 10 - 12 months to make an accurate judgement. Minimise the donor use. You might only need a small tweak 100 - 250 grafts if more density is required.

All is not lost with the graft or 2 dislodging. Happened to me. Often the stream of blood which follows makes it all appear much worse.

Christ that hairline from first op. At 5 months post op you really need to wait to 12 months to make an accurate judgement on the repair. Another surgery could make it worse!
-
Don't do a thing. Your hairline is completely fine. Really not worth it!

Best to consult with hair transplant surgeons and not sales men. May I suggest a trip to Belgium.

I've been away for a little while but the last time I was here Histogens and Replicel were the treatments to watch.
What is the latest here on emerging non surgical treatments?

Not quite final result but close. Definitely take meds to halt further hair loss.

Putting your life on the line to have more hair is madness. The poor guy that passed in India is a terrible story which I hope is never repeated!!
-
Never seen that before. Post an update every month so we can see.

Looks like shock loss. I had it for 6 months until it recovered!

Without taking meds this will be a losing battle and you'll likely need multiple surgeries. Have you tried a lesser dosage of Fin?

@ RNZ
I had a similar experience to you and had to negotiate hard for a custom hairline. Dr Bhatti drew a standard hairline on my head and was insistent on how it should look. I politely negotiated and showed him pictures of how it used to look when I was younger and we met somewhere in the middle. It wasn't easy as he's a tough one to convince, I just simple explained that I will be living with this for the rest of my life. My hairline and temples are still a little off and I'm in talks with another clinic at the minute about tweaking everything after my current transplant has matured.
Personally I think Dr Bhatti is a good choice for simple in fill all over your head and accepting a standard hairline how he draws it. If you would like a more personal transplant though I think it's best to shop elsewhere.
My 2 cents
Good candidate for a hair transplant?

Try a Mon - Wed - Fri cycle with the 1mg tablet. I still think a lot of the sides can be psychosomatic. Reading and then telling yourself you're going to experience them could mean that you do. If you are fit and healthy otherwise, taking only 3mg per week you should be OK. A lot of men take 5mg daily for their prostate!
