Thanks everyone, Just trying to use some good settings to ensure I can see very closely what is happening. Should they feel like bristles when they first come out? Cheers -

Not much progress yet. New grafts haven't started coming out. Native hair continues recovering and is longer than last week. -

Scar progress question - Possible stretching?
cachaco replied to cachaco's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Thanks for all the comments I will try to only do soft exercises in the gym for a couple more months as well as add a bit of emu oil at night to help it improve. I think it will definitely get less with time red and the hair around it seems to be growing well as well. I clipped my hair yesterday with a number 5 and it is still not noticeable unless I really try to separate the hairs. I will continue updating my progress on the scar as well Cheers -
Scar progress question - Possible stretching?

Thanks guys The Dr. has told me to wait a couple more months before the scar matures. He says with the tricophitic closure he used there should be some hairs coming out through that area. I am 2 months post-surgery. I'll post an update in a couple of months to see where things are at. I am pretty happy with the rest of the scar so I hope this area improves as well. I am going to start applying some emu oil daily to it as well to see if it helps in some way Cheers -

Thanks Questionmark, I also had a question for all. I am a bit worried about the right side of my scar. Do you think it is just a bit of shock loss combined with early over redness? It just looks much worst than back part of the scar and a bit as if it was stretching. Any thoughts are welcome Back part Right side -

Hi all, Just got some better shots of the scar with the help of me gf. I think the progress is good and specially the hair growth around it has been great. Still getting some pimples in the areas where the hair is trying to go through the skin. Right side Back Left side -
Congratulations DS25. It looks really good. It is pretty hard to conceal with such short hair. How long until you have to be back at work? You might just have to tell the truth or come up with a good story unless you have enough time for enough growth, It will be much easier to conceal in 8-10 days. I think it doesn't look too bad.

Hi all, A quick 5-week update. I think I probably had some shock loss. Hopefully some of those hairs will return as the new hair grows too. Before 5 weeks -

Got a couple of better shots of the scar with the help of my gf. The right side is going well but I have a couple of pimples that look a bit infected. The left side looks pretty good in every way. The scar as a whole have some points that still feel a bit numb and others that still feel a bit sensitive but both things improving on a daily basis. -

Today I cut my hair with #8 on the donor area and #3 around the top. I think I noticed a little bit of shock loss in the right side but nothing to worry about. Losing 20-30 hairs each day. Dry Hair Wet hair Top -

Hi there, Things continue looking well. I feel the tension on the back of my head continues reducing and the scar evolution is also positive. I think I should be able to trim with a #8 in a couple of weeks. Only questions I have is related to the grafts not falling after this time. I have always been very careful. Just checking your thoughts on that. I imagine they will either fall in the next 2 weeks or they might stay longer?
