  1. Do you ever notice anyone staring at your HT hairline and wonder if they know you had work done?It happens to me most days and really makes you wonder what they are thinking! This is concerning and makes me want to avoid close contact with people grrr Could someone give me some advice on a hairstyle that will make things less noticeable?.The problem is my hair is fairly fine so with any length it looks very scruffy ,and the sides have no weight so it looks fuzzy. lastly what would you rate my hairline work?I got fue 2300 grafts, i'm 32 stable on propecia Thanks everyone for the help!
  2. Dr Lindsey, would having botox 2 weeks before a HT cause any problems ? Thank you for the help
  3. Thanks, that was my plan from the beginning. Its almost like my hairline looks too artificial !I know you can't beat a natural hairline but surely i can get it a little more natural right? I'm thinking of getting those curved point's removed at the temple .They really look harsh against my blonde sides ,plus i see a visible gap. What are your thoughts? This is what i'm talking about ,very linear and artificial ... Thank you for all your opinions !
  4. I don't think its hair greed Few more pictures with bright light
  5. quick update -decided not to lower the hairline ,however my frontal forelock is really the problem. Its very easy to disguise with styling but it definitely needs beefing up. opinions?
  6. some close up shots of my hairline How many grafts do you think it would take to fix my hairline?
  7. I'm going down the HT route i think... Had a consultation with DR Glenn Charles a while back...was quoted 800-1000 grafts I'm just worried i won't get the result i'm looking for,i realise HT can only do so much!
  8. I have quite a good eye and to me it 100% screams HT now i have no idea how to style my hair ,if i grow it too long it looks awful (i have every straight hair)
  9. hairline pulled back Quite a few people call me out on a HT,especially if i sport a shorter cut exposing the hairline lol
  10. Dr Maras who did an awesome job I just feel like that side is weaker and looks slightly pluggy ,i notice people look at my hairline occasionally lol
  11. Had 2400 grafts implanted to hairline ,got good growth however one side never really took and looks weaker compared to the other side .Also it looks a little harsh and could do with softening for a more natural appearance . Goals are: Fill in that weaker side plus any gaps where i may have lost some native hairs. Soften the appearance of my hairline Do you think my goals are realistic ?The main bulk of the work was done with my first procedure,i just feel like it needs more work.I like to wear my hair up ,with short sides . Just to let you know my background,i'm 31 on meds since 25 and maintaining well. Thank you for taking the time to look
  12. Thanks to everyone for replying I had my HT done with HDC ,Cyprus.I would 100% recommend you check them out ! Very pleased with my results and will go back for more work at some point Attached a few more pics and the area that is weak for me ...
  13. Hey everyone, I had a 2300 FUE procedure almost 2 years ago for my hairline recession which was a success , however, lately I've noticed more thinning behind the transplant which is starting to look unnatural, especially in harsh lighting .I've been taking propecia and minoxidil for over 4 years now and my hair is definitely better than baseline. I'm 30 years old btw Do you think a second procedure would be worth it?I was quoted 1500 grafts recently to address my mid scalp and also soften my hairline ..i felt that was a little conservative I have NO interest in ever touching my crown ,when i lose that i will shave down or get a small system for the back .I would rather have fuller thicker hair from hairline to mid scalp,so that i achieve a nice frame to my face.Do i have realistic expectations?
  14. hey everyone, This is how it was looking at just over 2 months, was noticing the start of early growth:) Now bang on 3 months spiked up How is my progress looking? Thanks for the comments

  16. Thanks:) The hardest part is waiting.. I'm at 5 weeks post op now surgeon was Dr Kyriacos Maras
  17. Hey everyone ,i have finally gone for a HT procedure with HDC. In total i had 2,300 grafts via FUE over 2 days . My whole experience was amazing with HDC,i got picked up at the airport and taken to an apartment, which is just across the road from the clinic. The bakery and supermarket are also just a short walk away. The following day I met Alex at the clinic for day 1 of my procedure.Let me tell you I was really nervous, but Alex and rest of the team made me feel very comfortable and calm. Both days went perfect, and the work was first class by Dr Kyriacos Maras and the team.I decided to stay for 1 week after, which i feel is enough time for healing.I was told to visit the clinic everyday after for check ups ,shampoo's and cream for the donor area. The after care was just perfect! I'm almost 29 years old and currently taking propecia 1mg and apply rogain foam daily Here are some picture's before... Post surgery Day 4 all scabs gone, Right temple Left temple front 3 WEEKS progress Most of the grafts have shed Donor
  18. Hey everyone, I have a FUE hair transplant procedure coming up very shortly and would appreciate any advice or opinions. I'm almost 29 years old and have slowly been losing hair for around 7 years now.The main problem is my temple area which has receded. I've been on the big 3 treatments for over 3 years now and at first had an explosion of re growth everywhere, then slowly its evened out and stabilised for now. I'm very consistent with treatments and realise its a life long commitment. I've been told i will need 2,200 max grafts to restore the front.Whats your view on this going by the pictures below.I have very fine and straight hair, and goes very blonde especially when i get the sun on it. My donor area has a density of 76 fu’s /cm2 I just want much fuller hair and to fix the receded hairline so i can style it how i want it.I know i might need work later on but i want good hair for more years to come.I have work in TV next year so it every important for my career. When i style my hair which takes a life time and half a can of hairspray, i can achieve this look but i don't want this effort Using photo shop i made my hair line appear much more solid this is what i'm aiming for or close to This is my current hair pulled back... Crown and mid scalp Front on without any styling Any advice would be greatly appreciated
