Does it cost an extra apx $35USD to ship to Australia?

Hey Guys, So I've been reading this forum almost daily for the last month and really want to step up to a HT if it is appropriate. I've consulted my dermatologist just to make sure everything was optimal medically and he has told me he would wait before having a HT but it is the next step. I've been on Minoxidil 5% twice daily for almost two years and finasteride 1.25mg daily for nearly a year. My hair continues to fall out and looks thinner and thinner each month. Despite continuing to find hair on my pillow, shower and bathroom sink, I feel that when my hair is longer it isn't worse then it was a few months ago, just pretty stable. But the stable level is really depressing! The problem is I want to increase my hair density and get rid of the balding spot on my crown. I don't think the medications are going to do the trick even if I stay on them for another few years. It's more time I need to suffer thinking about how my hair looks everyday and worrying what other people around me are thinking. I also don't want to be using toppik everyday- I'd like to do something about the problem, not cover it up. I feel that my 20's is the time to have the best hair I can. I wouldn't mind having the hair I have now in my late 30's and 40's. I've read the thread on young people and HT's but I'm willing to take on the risks of decreased donor hair etc.. for the sake of having good hair in this stage of my life. What do you guys think? Should I wait?
