  1. hi Matt, I roughyl used the graft calculator here: (link to Harley Street Hair Clinic graft calculator removed because they stole it from our website and used it without our authorization. See below. Click here to view our graft calculator.) and according to that density I should be able to cover that. Do you think that either that calculator is not reliable or the real effect will be different? I didn't get th reason behind you strongly suggest to keep the current hairline. However if there's cons I'd see more appropriate to cover all areas in a first session and in a second , if applicable, increase the density. Dr. is Rahal. Eager to get all your feedback
  2. Thanks a lot Matt for your prompt answer, really appreciated and I will take in consideration your proposal. I'm taking finasteride, 1 mg/day (interesting you're taking so low dosage a 0,5 mg/week) and discontinuously minoxidil but not sure this is enough to protect my native hair as they're thin. The Dr. said he could have been able to cover the crown, mid scalp, lowering to some extent the hair line and temples with a density of 55-60 fu/cm2 in hairline and 45 behind. What do yo think?
  3. Hi, First of all apologize for my bad english as I'm not eng mother tounge. I need to admit I was really naive when I decided to have the first HT because in Italy. I underevaluated the complexity behind that, the results were very poor, had the donor area painful for so long time. Now I've decided to go for the second HT and I feel a bit scared but agreed with Dr. 3500 grafts HT. Not sure about: How much can I push the Dr to cover the temples and why all drs are generally reluctant to fill all the temples? What is the risk of my native hair shock loss due to the HT? What are the risks and reccomendations, based on your experience, I should ask the Dr before the HT? Please see the attached pics showing the current situation. Thanks in advance for your help!
  4. Hi I was looking for a good physician to get a rhinoplasty and hair transplant outside of europe. I stumbled upon Dr. Epstein which was referred by one of my friends and got also good feedbacks BUT now I'm very less confident about my initial intention because of the following: 1) looking into this network I found these negative posts about his procedure results that concerned me a lot. Question 1: Not sure to make a step back and find another physician or I also should take into account that also that good physicians have a minimum percentage of unsatisfied feedbacks? 2) Epstein wrote me, based on the pics I sent out, he performed 8,500 procedures over the past 18 years and 10 hair procedures/week and he's confident about placing just 1800/2000 grafts but not 3000/3500 to cover my crown area because he said that it is unlikely that he can obtain that many grafts\since I've already had a prodedure, and too many grafts risks further damaging my existing hairs. Question 2: does it sound reasonable to you? Please advice
