I used to use hair gel with alcohol in the ingredients, but I switched to alcohol free gel because I heard alcohol in gel and shampoo is harmful for your hair. The gel I use now, the alcohol free gel, isn't working good at all. Is it true that alcohol in gel can cause damage or can I go back to using it because it's not true? Thanks guys

Please help. I am 20 years old! Not only do I have a receded hairline, but my dark brown hair is being taken over by gray hair! I found my first gray hair at 16. My hair feels dry. Is that a problem? What do I do? I really wish I could stop the graying and somehow reverse it...or at least stop it, I'm only 20 years old for crying out loud! If theres no stopping it...what's the best dyes that won't damage your hair?

I am planning on going for a consultation with Cooley in Charlotte this May. I want my hairline lowered. Would you recommend him? What is the difference between FUE and strip? I thought Cooley only did strip.

I'm with you. I'm young too and I would love to have hair in the front where there is none. Propecia or Rogaine could be taken for the back...but the hairline is what bothers us young guys so much.

So Dr.Cooley and Baxa are both great doctors? Do they pack the grafts so you can have a dense hairline after 1 procedure or do they make you come back for another on the hairline?

When you say 50% regrowth, is that regrowth of the lost hair due to shock loss or is that the hair growing in that was transplanted? Do you recommend Baxa for hairline procedures?

they didn't even require a consultation! They just set up a transplant appointment and the website isn't all that impressive. Dr. Cooley or Dr. Baxa look like the choices for me.
