I have managed to order 0.01% topical fin (not DUT) with Farmacia Parati. 

I wanted to get an idea if anyone on this forum has tried it and how have they found it? Did they get good results with less sides?

I managed to get my prescription from Dr Knap. Been told it is with FP now to dispatch. I went for 0.01% Finasteride and no Dut.

I noticed you said you'll get blood tests done before starting on your Dut. Did you get the bloods done? 

I am also thinking of getting bloods done before starting the medication. 

So if you could give some advice please, which test did you have done and what is the normal range of DHT that one should see in their blood so not to have sides associated with Fin/Dut?

I checked on medichecks they have a DHT test. But I am not sure if DHT levels or Testosterone levels is what I should have checked?

How much did you lower it to when you got sides?

That is quite impressive that having experienced sides first you managed to go up to 1mg daily.

I have paid for a prescription (58 euros) for topical fin on their website and have had no confirmation that they have received the order. Did anyone else have a similar experience with them?

I don't know who to reach out to and don't know if Dr Knap passes the prescription to Farmacia Parati.

I ordered it about 4 days ago and paid 58 EUROS and have had no response or confirmation from them via email that they have received my prescription order. This is really worrying that I have confirmation. And I dont have any contact details for Dr Knap and curemyhairloss.com which is poor.

I have DUT not fin, and its 100ml. I think grams/ml mean the same thing but I am confirming this with FP. The expiry date on the containers are 06/24 

I ended up paying 58 euros to Dr Knap + 175 euros to FP for Lipo Dut 0.01%, 0.02% and Lipo Min 2.5% (all 100ml containers). Bit expensive and I'm not sure if repeat prescription is cheaper if I order again through Dr Knap but I will ask him

Did you get a confirmation from Dr Knapp upon purchasing the prescription and paying the 58 Euros?

I just got a confirmation on the webpage when I paid but no email confirmation at all. Have not heard anything from them with regards to the prescription, its been two days but my worry is no confirmation in the form of an email or even a text. There are also no contact details for me to contact Dr Knapp's clinic.

Does Dr Knapp pass the prescription directly to Farmacia Parati?

Concerning that no confirmation is received once a person has paid for the prescription and my email address was also provided at the time of the order on curemyhairloss.com. Not good experience so far.

in the meantime, do you know how much 0.01% topical fin per dose is equivalent to in mg of oral fin?

Trying to see if there is a chart or some resource that gives that info.

I wonder what the difference is between Lipofin and non-Lipofin. I am a novice at this when it comes to topical fin.

I really want to try one of the topical options outside of Hims. one option is Manual (0.1% fin). But it seems Farmacia Parati and Agencia do lower doses but I am having so much difficulty is getting responses from them.

has anyone else had the same problem with them i.e delayed responses?

You can order whatever dose you want through him but he normally prescribes 0.05% per 1g first (or that is the most popular that gets ordered through him). Yeah it can take several days for Farmacia Parati to reply to questions but they do reply. I ordered through Dr Knap on 17 Nov, received an email from Farmacia Parati on 5 Dec saying my dut is ready/requesting payment and I received it on the 8 Dec via DHL.

I guess what I want to do is try 0.01% in a 2ml dose. 2ml so that it covers most of my scalp as well as I’m a diffuse thinner also. 
 

It would be good to get an idea of what FP provide (gels and sprays) but from what I’ve seen from their website, I can’t find anything on there for topical fin.

unfortunately my gp won’t have already checked. Will contact Dr Knap but not sure which compound to get. I want to try possibly 0.01% or 0.025% to reduce sides. What do you think? Does the Dr decide what to prescribe i.e the strength?

Also have reached out to via email to Farmacia Parati (the same email address you gave) and no response from them for nearly two days

Again though, I'm very prone to sides with finasteride and dutasteride, many people can tolerate doses this high and higher. If you were ok with the pill you should be fine.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear, I still got side effects with oral fin hence switched to Hims. But even with that I notice sides, loss of libido and insomnia.

I live in the UK and Xyon don’t deliver here

Anything else you or someone else in the forum can recommend which will have lower dosage or something similar to Xyon (less chance of systemic absorption) ?

I wanted to know if any of you have used Hims topical spray and experienced any sides like loss of libido, insomnia?

i am using it in the UK and I am told the dosage is high as it’s 0.3% of fin. If any Uk members, let me know if you know of a lesser dose spray that is on the market.

It’s been 3 months of use for me and I notice hair is thinner as opposed to when I started out.

I was on fin oral form before and using 0.5mg twice a week. Moved to topical so to avoid sides.

Please let me know on any sides whilst using Hims and hair thinner than when I started out. Use 3-4 sprays daily. 4 are recommended.

Sorry to jump in and ask a question here, but do you know which provider in the UK has the lowest dosage of fin in their topical spray? 
hims has a very high dosage so I want to use a lower dose so asking if someone else has an idea which of the ones in the UK have the lowest dosage of fin, so to avoid sides.
