  1. Thankyou, what is wrong with Institute? Btw how was it with Dr Feller? He is looking like my preferred option based on what I've found so far...

  3. Are these the same people? I have read here that Dr. Shapiro is one of the best, but I'm finding two different Dr. Shapiro's?
  4. Thankyou very much for the reply My hairline now is kind of like John Travolta's widows peak in Pulp Fiction except a little more receded on the sides, so for me it wouldn't be a complete drastic over-haul like for a lot of people's cases I have seen on here. I have seen some photographs of Transgender patients that had the "full long hair" effect I'm looking for, but I don't know if that could be down to the hormones they take? Thick and great sounds very good to me, if perfect isn't possible. I just want a strong hairline and thick long hair - it has been a hard few years losing it! Again, thanks for the reply. I'm new so don't know any recommended surgeons yet, but if anyone can post some that would be great. I'm from the UK but I'd be willing to go to the USA for a transplant if they were the best person for the job.
  5. Is it possible to have a perfect hairline (or near perfect) transplant that can grow long? My hair loss has been stabilised via 12.5% minoxidil cream and propecia, so I don't have concerns about the rest of the hair falling out now. I would like my crown to become a little thicker if possible, but really I'm just looking into the hairline transplant for now. Could a transplant allow me to have perfect long hair? Thanks (P.s this is my first post after years of "lurking")
