  1. I've been following blogs from patients here, and I noticed this trend that a small proportion of people, will shed their grafts after HT.
  2. Hi all, so in short, is wanye's ht a failure? Seems like its not working well, Jeremy Piven is not doing well as well.
  3. Don't mind me if I pop another query, how long must you do the scalp exercises prior to HT?
  4. Hi Dutch and orhhair1, many thanks for your response and input !
  5. Hi Aaron, Thanks for responding. Quick question, do I need to stay in the host country for as long as the staples needs to be removed? I dont assume that anyone in Singapore is able to do so.
  6. Hi all, Was reviewing the post op pictures of patients and noticed that the scalp is stapled together. Does this hurt terribly? Will it leave a noticeable scar behind if someone has thinning hair at the back and the sides? Thank you.
  7. Hi guys, Got a question, is it normal to experience minor hair loss after taking propecia. Minor hair loss as in when you're washing your hair and you realise a few strands of hair are found when you lather. I'm beginning to suspect that my hair loss can be attributed to an oily scalp and hence require a wash every morning and evening. Does any of you have a similar problem with this? How do you resolve it? Will the oily scalp cause my HT to fail after that? Do kindly comment.
  8. Dr. Charles and Alix, thank you for your prompt response. I've been recently acquainted to this forum a few weeks ago, and I'm planning my HT in a few months time, in the meantime, I'm absorbing as much information as possible. Travis.
  9. Dear Alix, I've been curious about scalp laxity exercises. Do pardon me if this question has been repeated, but how do you perform the exercises and must it be done consistently before surgery? Kind regards, Travis.
  10. Hi all, I've just joined this forum, so I do apologise if this topic seems to be repeated. Nonetheless, I could use some good advise in helping me make a good decision. I'm scheduled to meet Dr. Path in Thailand, this April, but I'm having second thoughts because of risk that is involved with. I'm very uncertain of what the results would be, and my personal expectation. In Singapore, I've encounter this shop that will fix a hair piece using a medical adhesive, the downside is, that you have to shave the affected area that fix on it. I personally find this procedure visually shocking and I could not go down that path as this hair loss issue has affected me tremendously. So far, I'm impressed with Bill's (the founder of this website) result, could anyone kindly share with me their experience with Dr Path? I would really want to make my USD 10K work for me, at least to give me a peace of mind. Two things linger on my mind with the HT, strip method, that is, 1. Living with a scar behind; 2. Getting the density back (and not some pluggy look) Best regards, Travis.
