  1. One guess would be the next big step or "breakthrough" would be to duplicate your own hair in a lab. Take 1 HDT resistant hair and duplicate a few thousand times. I heard this idea from someone else, but it seems to make sense.

  3. Thank you for the words of encouragement and advice. If I do proceed, , I will follow in the footsteps of so many before me and keep a very detailed account of the process for all to see.

  5. Everyone who takes the time to post and lets the world to see their trials and tribulations has inspired me to take the next step in the possibility of getting a HT. No decisions have been made, but seeing the results of so many successful transplants has me seriously considering it. I have contacted a highly recommended surgeon that has many fans on this site and I'm waiting for the consultation date to be set. In the mean time I was hoping I could get some honest feedback on the possible benefits or if I would even be a good candidate for a HT? Here are some pictures.....
