  3. i think they say on there website that they have 14 staff during the procedure. this seems totally over the top . the fact is in my opinion without wanting to sound sensational they are ripping you off!!!! i could understand if they were on a different planet when comes to results but this is not the case i dont know how they can justify the fee and why people keep paying the money keeping them in business
  4. very true, i was just so focused on getting procedure done photos were at the bottom of my mind.i do agree thou were and by whom did you use??
  5. hi rod i must confess i did not take any pics myself during the procedure but the doc took plenty. i shall upload them as soon as he forwards them on. i must say i was one of the cynical ones about him beforehand , i hope my results are as good as i hope
  6. check out his website am med poland he is fully accredited . operating costs are so much cheaper in poland
  7. i paid around 2400 f0r 1500 grafts fut i wouldnt be put of by the strip technique im glad in a way i didnt realise the extent of the depth of the wound. i dont feel like i have had a large piece of flesh removed now or after the surgery. i may consider going back for more work in a year or two if i feel i need it but hopefully i will be satisfied by the outcome of this procedure. did you think about any doctors in uk??
  8. i didnt realise how deep a inscision the donor area would be, i was quite shocked when i looked at what they had taken out in term of it being quite a chunk of flesh. it seems to be healing very well , and i think it will be barley noticable .he seems to be very good on this front. out of curiosity how many grafts are you getting and how much for??
  9. hi buzz ill get pics as soon as. dr saifi took lots and iv meaning meaning to contact him to get them sent across with regard to the number of grafts. i only needed work to front region of hair i have a receeding hairline and needed no work done on the crown. hopefully it remains that way. my general feeling of the whole experience looking back a week after the surgery was that it went fantastic. everything went according to plan from being picked up at airport , put up in hotel etc the actual surgery itself was done in very clean and modern clinic with dr saifi doing all of the surgery from donor hair removal to placing of the grafts,he had 4 technicians doing the splitting of hairs and one girl helped him place the new hair my impression of dr saifi was that he was very competent and felt at ease that he was very capable in what he was doing. i hope my faith is well deserved and my results match the positive experience i had there. its good to know that you have spoke to others who are pleased with the results i took cash over with me in my hand luggage and didnt let it out of my sight. i also would have liked to have paid by credit card but he does not offer this facility, im not quite sure why, i didnt push the issue so he may be able to offer that some how, i presume he wants to benefit from the good exchange rate. please contact me with any questions, wroclaw is a beautiful city so i suggest having a stroll around. i hope you have equally a good experience.
  10. hi tjavs i opted for the strip option . the doctor took lots of pics and as soon as i recieve then i shall upload them. this is day number 7 after procedure the redness has died down somewhat and i think some of the newly planted hairs are falling out.
  11. hi guys im just one week out of surgery .i chose dr marwan saiffi of am med clinic in poland . i had 1500 grafts fut i found the whole experience excellent , the way in which i was treated and the level of care i recieved was second to none. i shall post some pics shortly. i urge anyone esp i n europe to consider this surgeon , he may not be recommended on here but i researched him greatly before hand and was not let down . lets hope the results are as equally as impressive. please free to ask any questions
  12. well i finally got my hair transplant last wed by dr saifi of am med clinic in poland. i am over the moon of how surgery went and how i was looked after. i hope the results are too match the facilities of dr saifi are top notch . some people on here are sceptical of doctors not reccommended by the coalition ,i would urge others that there are surgeons out there practicing ht that are equally as competent.
  13. iv been in contact with dr saifi, im considering going feb, !!!!!
  14. i dont see the point in paying more if you can get equally good results elsewere. iv sent photos of to dr saiffi and am awaiting to hear back
  15. hi buzz i havnt came across anything negative, he seems to have some credibility behind him. i have sent pics of through the intermediary here in the uk , is that the way you reached contact??
  16. after doing some research i came across this guy. he operates out of poland . im slightly put of by that fact but that might be an element of snobbery. i see some good posts about him on this site and was wondering if anyone had anything further to add??
  17. i assure you am genuine. iv saw the aforementioned dr shahmalak who i am aware has done some good work . perhaps some of you guys could look at his website crownclinic and see what you think. iv also saw an advocate of ziering medical in belfast who i wasnt sure about . promised greatness and sang praises of the surgeon ziering who he said is a star among the stars.i was thrilled and asked if he would be doing the surgery and was told no, it would be one of his highly trained associates , this put me of instantly. iv made lots of phone calls and of course consulterd this site, i have even saw ht offered on groupon which just seems to good to be true!!!!!!!1 ill keep researching until feel comfortable
  18. thanks for the info guys , is a shame we dont have more surgeons on our doorstep doing great work.
  19. i would kieth . i know many say not let price be a factor but it cant beavoided unfortunately. do they charge similar to farjos are you aware??
  20. thanks for that info kieth, much appreciated iv done a bit of research on him too and seems to be a mixed bag. iv explored the option of ht in ireland but heard some hooror stories on a certain dr kiely and dr collins is just to expensive. as you say im not going to ruh into anything would just like to hear if anyone can recommend any other surgeons in uk aside from farjos
  21. hi kieth thnaks for that , iv heard that they are the only surgeons recommended on here. it just greatly surprises me that there is only one surgeon in the whole of uk that is capable of doing a good job.has ht not been about long?? i appreciate that there are good and bad surgeons about but for everyone else except only this surgeon to not be considered greatly surprises me.do other areas of cosmetic surgery encounter the same dilema of finding a good surgeon .although completely different i realise i couldnt imagine there only being one reputable breast implant surgeon in the country
  22. hi guys , i recently enquired about a dr shahmalk of crown clinic manchester.im hoping to get some good feedback as didnt get alot to go on last time. he seems to have carried out a number of transplants on celebrities, a certain tv doctor for one whos results look very good to me and he has said is over the moon with the results can anyone give me feedback??
