  1. Hellow, I have been on propecia for over 2 years. I experienced major shedding starting from the 4th and 8th month mark. I almost quit! I contacted shapiro medical when I was very depressed and I cant remember his name but he estimated around 12-1400 grafts but also recommended that i stick it out. Plus I was only 22 at the time now im 24. Im glad I took his advice, I believe propecia has worked well with me. But anyways I would like to be able to put my hair up in the front which I cant do anymore. How many grafts would you guys say i need? first picture is mostly wet second one is mostly dry. Oh this is the results from propecia. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/161163-looks-like-its-working.html Thanks!
  2. Lol yea i had an increase on a wet scalp but Im not getting that anymore
  3. This is true. When I apply rogaine after the shower I noticed actually feeling it absorb. I notice an increase in heart rate so I know it's working better
  4. I dont think propecia has been out that long for someone to be bald if they started when they were twenty. Just take the pill everyday and get on rogaine.
  5. I had a good shed from propecia for a good 4 months i believe. I would put my head over some paper and would go back and forth with my hands through my hair and a good 20-45 hairs would fall. it was crazy and very depressing. almost made me wanna quit. I too am surprised you havent noticed a shed till now. Just stick with it, thats the best advice you can get.
  6. Look good! Your hairline should thicken up up nicely in the coming months
  7. I think Fin can stay strong even after ten years ive heard and read. Ive been on it over a year and my hair has stabilized finally. Some people are good responders others not just keep taking it and dont get off.
  8. for sure man get on it as soon as possible
  9. Nope no sides at all. Been on it for a year and and two months. The reason i chose revivogen over niz was cause rev has dht blockers and saw palmetto in it. Yea the shedding is bad but thats how you know its working i guess ...if you have health insurance have your doctor perscribe proscar and it only cost about 12 bucks a month! Good luck man
  10. actually my hair was prolly like the second picture maybe alittle better lol...its strange! Propecia was a rollercoaster ride. It seemed the first couple months were fantastic with the med but I had shedding for nearly 4 months straight. I just kept my head high and kept taking it every morning. Proscar cut into fourths. If your gonna do propecia Id recommend using the revivogen shampoo. keeps your scalp clean for future growth i believe.
  11. Okay so the first picture was on january 2011. I was only using propecia since april 2010. Now the second picture was just a couple days ago on june 10th 2011. I just recently started revivogen bio-clensing shampoo and using mixox foam for nearly a week so it must of been the propecia that produced those results....you can even see tiny black hairs coming up. its crazy...I just wanna know if its the propecia that did that or what.
