  1. I think if you concentrate your next round on your frontal third , you could turn out with a really nice hair line , then you could brush your hair back and look badass. First step is picking the right surgeon for your case, plenty of great doc's listed on this site. Lots of us on this site know how it feels to get a shitty , ripoff hair transplant.. but there a lots of people out there who can help you. Ive heard so many horror storys with Larry Shapiro, he should be fined and removed from the industry...him and hundreds of other wannabe transplant surgeons.

  2. Hey Bucksred,

Looks like we are in the same boat, ugly qwacks. haha. I'm trying hard not to look in the mirror these days...I do have a pretty good feeling about our transplants, fingers crossed we get early growth!

Cheers brother, keep me updated .

Hey quick question , what are you using for preventative measures against additional hair loss?

  3. Hey everyone ,

heres my one month update, most of my grafts have shed but a select few.. everything is back to normal , no pain at the donor site or recipient site besides some redness/numbness. I have not got a picture of the donor site yet , but I will soon . All photos taken under lots of bathroom lighting. I would like to start a topical solution and have 5% minoxidil but haven't used any yet...would it be safe to start it at 1month out?

    Take care!

  4. Congrats on your transplant with Dr Feller. Good choice! Just take it easy, I'm at one month out from a transplant with Dr Lindsey and I feel perfectly normal , no tenderness on the donor site .. most of the grafts placed have fallen out ... im pretty much back to where I was before the hair transplant .

After you get your staples/sutures out I would get someone to put Vitamin E on the donor site twice a day if you can . Really helps with the healing process. Just imagine , this time next year our hair will be HUGE!
