I have been taking .5mg of propecia every other day as recommended by my doctor because I had side effects on the regular dose. Everything was fine until today. It has been 2 months and the side effects just hit me. My head really hurts, my semen is very watery, my testicles hurt, and it's hard to get an erection. It is possible the side effects will go away if I continue using it? What should I do?

Hey Doc, thanks for the response. I was wondering if I can expect some growth in the temple regions? I do see a bunch of light brown inch long hairs in my temples, but will they thicken and grow longer?

I have been doing the liquid minox for about 4 1/2 months now and I think that has stopped my shedding. For the first month I was on propecia 1mg a day, and the side effects were so bad I stopped. I went to Dr. Bernstein and he told me to try half a pill every other day and I have been doing that for two months. So far so good, I haven't noticed anymore significant shedding than the shed I had from starting minox and propecia during the first month. My question is I am 18 years old and I wanted to hear from other people who have started fighting their hair loss around my age and to tell me their stories.
