Mamma Mia, I strongly disagree with you NAS007. You dont owe anyone an apology. You are doing your homework before chosing the right surgeon. How many people before you posted, hasson vs wong, paul shapiro vs wong..etc. Check the previous threads, you are not the only one, some posters even used bad languages and insults i recall. Remember this is not a commercial website, its a social network created by and for PATIENTS. We are just talking very formally about the dense packing theory and approach just like others speak of scars and slits techniques with full respect. Just ignore him. Instead of justifying his techniques and opposite theory, he goes whining, However after their appoaches and their replies like jana's wonderful contribution. I think its crystal clear for you who to go with. Thats my last contribution in this thread, I will leave this thread to the others. Very reasonable answer Jana especially when you stated 'I've spoken to one too many patients who end up needing repair work or another session when their original doctor's dense packing didn't work out as planned ', that draw attention to me to be cautious indeed. This industry is very hard to investigate. .. I wished if Jotronic from Hasson and Wong could contribute to this thread.. as their approach is the opposite way of shapiro... So we get more educated...

Any thoughts or comment about that JOTRONIC ???

So you means clinics like H&W and Rahal, which are very famous in dense packing which they called it aggressive approach of maximizing the end results up to 60 hairs /cm2 .. is a no good approach because it would affect on the growth.. scientifically you are proven somehow, but then how come their before and after photos and videos shows opposite to that, the results are excellent and superb??? while with shapiro medical its all right but not so impressive which leads the patient to save but to visit again in a year or two..... ? pls educate us more Jana.

Ron shapiro and rahal are with too different approaches in hair transplant...one beleives in dense packing and one doesnt, one beleives in lateral slits only and the others beleives in both with prefereing sagittal.. one has thicker results than the other, and one is more cautious in yielding and donor hair extracting than other.. I guess you guys know about that,,, I know both are the best thats why i choosed them...just type me a name and thats it... thanx...

For a hairline work, you will never go wrong... with these two... Dr shapiro and Dr. Rahal are the kings of hairline... If you wanna save more, you go rahal.. he is a copy of H&W, same techiniques and results..

Strip ... Fue is crap in my eyes.. its only for hollywood touches and for the people scarred from cutting... Even you ask rahal or shapiro, they would tell you STRIP .. save your donor area my friend...

Very intersting.. I have many friends in asia that doesnt want to travel all the way to the west for a trasnplant... In you own point of view, which work did you like more in terms of denisty, quality and all.. Dr Path from Thailand or Dr. Madhu from India??? They are the only two recognized doctors in this community from asia?

Dr. Hasson , No questions about it.. His results are more impressive and they way he talks in his interviews.. Look at his works, bob and the italian guy on the video ..etc.. I would definetly say Dr. Hasson ... only if you want crown then Dr. Wong for sure...Thats my personal opinion.

Ciao, Im planning to do a hairline repair by next year. I heard Dr. ron shapiro and Dr. Rahal are the kings of hairlines. And both Minnesota and Ottawa are same distance from Roma also same prices and great rates for international patients, especially i need 2000-3000 grafts almost... Could you tell me who is better in your own point of view? Thx...Grazie.
