  1. First of all, thanks for keeping us to date with this new treatment it is appreciated. Hopefully you will get to see a cosmetic difference soon. I really hope it works and also I hope no adverse reactions occur due to its usage. However to answer your last part, I will assume as I do not have any facts. As much as I wish that you do not have to continue treatment with this new stuff to keep the new hairs, I really doubt that would be the case due to corporate greed and the power of money. All these companies just want to leach $$$ off our misfortune of balding. That is just my opinion though.
  2. lol that article was written in 2004 and they state that the new method will be available in 3-4 years. ""So this three-to-four-years-away number is not fantasy," Washenik says. "It is biotechnology research, and nature can always step in the way and slow things down. But the concept of tissue-engineered hair growth to create a new hair organ looks very real."" Its been 6 years since this article was written and there is no finished product. So when Histogen and Aderan say that they will have a finished product in 4-5 years don't hold your breath. Unfortunately.....
  3. Hello everyone, I am new to this community and glad to find that such a community exists. I am 23 year old male and have been loosing hair for the past 3-4 years which is very depressing considering that I am still young and that many of my friends still have a full set of hair. I am still considering HT in the future as it is a big plunge that has downfalls to it. However, in the mean time, I just found out about concealers which I think would be sufficient for my hair loss at the present time. I was researching them and have found that Toppik, Nanogen and Hair Cubed are probably the most popular concealers. I really don't like the idea that Hair cubed is a 'spray' but I have been finding out that its more natural then Toppik and Nanogen and does not contain aluminum which makes your hair fall out faster which defeats the purpose of this whole thing. Any suggestions from any one on these 3 products (Toppik, Nanogen and Hair cubed)? Does the aluminum in Nanogen and Toppik really make your hair fall out faster? Many thanks to all.
