  1. Hello, I've had seborrheic dermatitis and eczema all my life. Around 6 months ago I had a HT, and besides some intense itching it seemed to remain in check. Recently, I've been noticing some heavy buildup of dry skin on the right side of my temple. The growth of hair in the area has been slower than the left side so I'm starting to get concerned. My doctor confirmed it was seborrheic dermatitis and prescribed me some ketoconazole shampoo. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be improving the condition. I have a doctors appointment set for next week to try some new treatments, but I was curious if anyone else on the forum has experienced similar issues. Are there any treatments that can be damaging to my HT? I've attached a photo of the area in question as well as my HT blog. Thanks for any help! 2. I'm a big fan of Rogans and he discussed this issue on his podcast yesterday. He mentioned that he got the procedure done during the "News Radio" days so it's probably been 15 years or so since he had his original procedure done. He didn't mention the doctor, but I would have to assume it was in the LA area.

  4. Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with my hair restoration surgery I had last week. I had 2000 grafts with Dr. Michael Meshkin in Newport Beach, CA. Most of the grafts were to restore my hairline which had receded severely. The remaining were transplanted throughout the top of my head and crown. The procedure itself couldn't have gone better. The only real pain were the needles of course, but graft extraction and transplant were a piece of cake. My advice Valium + Prozac = Easy surgery I've attached my hair blog so you can follow along with my progress. I plan on posting an image every week or so. Tomorrow will be one week since the surgery and my only concern is the the stitches were the graft were taken are still pretty sensitive and there is a bit of pain. I use witchazel and neosporin twice a day and there is almost zero blood so I'm guessing that I'm experiencing normal symptoms. Take a look at my pics and let me know what you think! Thanks! -Craig
