David, lighting or not looks great and im sure the second transplant will give you great density and further frame your face, Im from New Zealand otherwise Id be at your twenty first next year haha, question what is MSM exactly and have you tried Saw Palmetto im trying to get opinions on it and whether anyone has had any success

Good luck Blake, I know how hard it is worrying about hair loss, wondering how far and fast it will progress but do realise that medical advances have come some way to atleast give us some options moving forward, and when 2012 Mayan prophecy comes true we wont be here anyway so hair wont matter

Thanks David, I look forward to talking to others about their experiences and journeys. Im also on here to try and curb my obsession with hair loss and try to deal with my own form of crazy. For mine Im still thinning and Ive been told ive got recession in the temples no doubt but the top is still too thick at this stage to perform a hair transplant, I know ive thinned there also, I guess its just been depressing knowing the hair loss for this time is going one way, but I guess if I can hold onto whatever I have hopefully advances in technology and medication will only get better over time
