  1. A few questions please,

Is the patient on any medications?

    No

Have you a break down numbers of what was used in what location/s

310 ones on frontal hairline and multi-hair grafts behind with a total of 1800

What was his diameter of his hair folicals?

I think you mean the size of the the punch and it was .9mm

Sorry for all the questions but last but not least have you any post op pictures showing the newly placed grafts?

I have don't have any post-op photos but I have attached a grid showing where the grafts we placed

  2. Here is a close up of the hair pulled back

I transplant all my robotic surgery at 25 grafts per square centimeter

except ones. On the average you will get about 300 ones in a surgery and those I use on the frontal hair line. I don't cut up grafts as I am afraid the survival rate goes down. The ones are packed in as close as possible to the frontal hair line.

I create a one centimeter grid on all my patients so I know exactly how many I am transplanting per centimeter.

  3. I am using this new app called periscope and it is on twitter and can be viewed by both I-Phone and Android. It allows interaction between Doctor and viewer. This is Dr DeYarman doing a Artas Robotic hair transplant

    Go to twitter.com/drdeyarman

This will take most of the day and we will announce when I am performing during the procedure. I will pre-make the sites then go to robotic extraction and then insertion of grafts using choi implanters.

  4. This 56 year old Asian had an Artas procedure. He had a previous strip surgery by another doctor. He had us leave his frontal and temple hair and we shaved the rest. A grid shows the area transplanted. These are his results at 6 months and is very pleased. Will continue to follow and will post his photos again at the one year mark.
