Hi Chris Advanced Hair Studio Leeds as promised sent you new hair by Courier free of charge to the USA - you were contacted by the Customs I believe in the USA - as you needed to arrange collection of the item - The Customs tried to contact you several times I believe - all your details were given to Customs in the USA - I hope that the item has now reached you sucessfully along with the full list of Hair Club For Men contact details that I also sent you, in the hope that you could arrange your new hair to be fitted. Bald-Georgie, As you seem to be a very intellectual person with a vast knowledge of the Advanced Hair Studio, it is my opinion that you are a rival company out to cause as much damage to the Advanced Hair Studio as possible, if I am not correct in my opinion I would be very interested in speaking with you direct. I'm sure you will be only to happy to have the chance to speak openly with me, after all if you are indeed a ligitimate client of the Advanced Hair Studio and have been dis-satisfied in any way with your treatment I'm sure you would like to discuss this with me direct, would you not? Please do not comment on the percentage of happy client that the Advanced Hair Studio Claims to have as you are not in a position to obtain or have access to the correct information, I on the other hand having worked with the Advanced Hair studio for nine years do have the correct information and am aware of an extremly high percentage of happy clients world wide, so please note that you can only presume this information and not verify this: I take this e-mail as a personnal attack as I deal with all client issues personally, not once have I told any client to SOD off as you so nicely put it, I would like to think that any person who is a valued client of Advanced Hair Studio will always be dealt with in a confidential and professional manner, I myself will always treat any client with the utmost respect that they deserve. I wounder are you confusing the company that you work for with the Advanced Hair Studio?   13. Dear Parable I would like to advise that I have managed to help certain individuals obtain a refund or Partial refund, however, this is only possible depending on the circumstances. It is however slightly difficult should I have a request from a client who had there treatment several years ago. Dear Rhodeman: As much as I would love to be able to answer all questions on the Advanced Hair Studio I am unable to do so: However I am more than happy for all clients of the Advanced Hair Studio to contact me direct with there questions - maeveduhy@advancedhairstudio.com and I will forward these questions onto the head office in London and ask for a reply. The reason I am leaving my details on this site was requested by the Managing Director of the Advanced Hair Studio: This is so any AHS Client with a complaint can be reviewed and hopefully resolved satisfactory. Thank you Chris, I would like to think that I will try my best to resolve any issues, I have asked the head office to look again at your case and i will be in touch: On a happier note: I would like to post a lovely e-mail received from a new client in Stockholm: (My Name is Frederick ********, I am from the USA and was referred to Advanced Hair Studio by your affiliate in San Francisco, Hair Club For Men. I am a brand new Patient and received and had my new hair system applied only TODAY! I just want to take a moment and comment on your employee, Lotta, in your Stockholm office. She could tell I was very nervous and she made the process so smooth and effortless adding perfectly to her hair talents and personal touch. She made this delicate transition a very positive experience and I thank her and Anders for their coupled support and constant patience.....Hooray Advanced Stockholm). I took the opportunity to e-mail this client back and asked was it ok to leave his comments on certain websites, to which he agreed happily. My name is Chris, and i have recently been in touch with you regarding a complaint about being mis-sold laser from your Companys Manchester office. Whilst the salesman originally offered me 50% refund after receiving my first letter of complaint, this was followed up by a letter from yourself saying no refund would be given. Whilst you yourself may not mis-represent the facts to your clients others definately do just so they can get their commission. They even wrote "bald as a coot" on the top of the notes accompanying my medical questionnaire! As AHS will be aware i started legal proceedings thru the small claims court today as despite numerous requests for a refund and/or peer reviewed evidence nothing has materialised. I must state to all posters though that on speaking to Maeve she has always been courteous and promptly replies to letters.

Advanced Hair Studio refunded you sometime ago, why are you persistantly placing notices over all types of Websites? WHO ARE YOU WORKING FOR? People reading this should realise that this site is manipulated by AHS competitors in an attempt to tarnish AHS'S repuutation and aquire a lead by dubious means. Again, I would like to advise that AHS has thousands upon thousands of happy clients, but many jealous competitors that have been hurt by Advanced Hair Studio regarding there intellectual property rights, but if you are an legitimate complaint than please contact me on the contact details that I have provided above.
