  1. tihom .. Thanks for posting ...The hair should ad been cut short as you mentioned... Again I agree going back to work after HT you should give at least 2 weeks for things to settle down..
  2. ahmed9500 why don't you take a second opinion may be a doctor based in USA or Canada ..or someone of the recommended Dr's here?
  3. This is strange coz from what I know recipient area is saved/trimmed before HT .. and all the pictures of her HT .. i have seen recipient area was saved ..Tihom did you follow up wit Dr. Radha about your pain and concerns?
  4. Clayman - If you read my original post it's very clear what I find confusing.. Let me break it down for you and add few bits 1) To start with the other users photo from side and your photo from side looks similar 2) You mentioned that you are from India, to me the photo's you posted ( esp from side) ... Skin colour.. doesn't look like a Indian - no offense to anyone ..Please don't take me wrong on this one.. its just my observation.. 3) There is no consistency in photos esp. one with specs one without making it confusing 4) Photos after the procedure 5 months post-op again not aligning with the first pics coz No Photo's from all angles after post-op I just get the feeling there is something missing .. again as I mentioned I might be wrong on all the 4 counts mentioned above...That's why I started this thread to seek clarification and clearly mentioned in the thread that " Confusing photos" coz I found it confusing and i'm not concluding anything here and misleading others.... I never said anything about how you should share your experience ..not sure where you got that idea.. All I was saying is that patients like you who have undergone HT in india should post more post-op pictures as well .. so that it helps people like me to make decisions before going HT in India...Simple as that ... Cheers Mate
  5. dactum , I think you have taken my posts personally... Sorry but I didn't meant to offend you mate .. but still unclear why your taking this personally.. my only intention here is to make informed decision Thanks for your suggestions but There is no way in the world im going to take any risks.. if you see I have been on this forum since 2005....Not sure which Doctor you meant from Delhi , but I guess you have to research more if you are recommending any doctor from delhi coz none is recommended in this forum to start with (as far as I'm aware) and secondly some are being exposed of doing doggy work... I'm not saying any doctor is better than another or anyone is perfect choice.. I just want to see more results from doctors in India esp. Dr. Radha Rani as she is recommended here....and people like you should come out ,post full pictures and stay on this forum after 8 months of surgery to help people like me to make decision.. That's all ...Hope its clear
  6. @dactum - I'm not saying that you haven't researched etc ....As I said it's too early for you to vouch for someone..at the same time you can't criticize other clinics unless you have factual information which you can share with the forum users( may be you already had in other posts).... I hope you understand what I'm trying to say... Tihom how are you feeling now? Hope all is well... can you please post any pics?
  7. @ dactum , how can you vouch for someone if you still haven't seen the results.. touchwood all goes well for you.. but it's too early to say anything and that's what puts me off.. people some here post their HT surgery day experience , write long messages and then disappear esp. in case of Indian Doctors... off course all due respect to the Indian Doctors..But I don't see such things for H&W for example... Only a hand full of patients of Dr.Radha Rani have come out here posting end to end results... Not sure I can comment here but some other forums don't think say anything about Sub-Continent Doctors.. obviously that's unfair ... But genuine people like me are interested in seeing genuine long term results...
  8. Thanks tihom , did you speak to the arding the Dr regarding the swellling and itching? did others had some experience?
  9. @ tihom can you please post some pics? I'm considering Radha Rani as well.. But I'm still not sure if i should go ahead.. Thanks Mate
  10. Sure Logan Thanks.. Will PM you ... Anyone else? Please Moderator I'm very keen for your views on those photo's ...Please if you can share your thoughts that would be great....Any one else feels the same as I do?
  11. @ logan are you based in India, can I get in touch with you to speak about ur experience about Dr. Madhu?
  12. @ Litesport, I was just going through ur posts , did you end up meeting one of the forum members who was travelling from Perth to India via Singapore?
  13. An appeal to all Dr.Radha Rani /Dr. Madhu patients to come out and post complete set of photos on this thread to help out guys who are thinking of a HT ..esp users in my first post please give us some clarification...
  14. @ tihom & Faizy - The pictures on the links I posted doesn't appear to be on her website ... Please check from ur end as well. Even I can't comment about her tihom as I don't know what the facts are... I just wanted to flag whatever I noticed ....User Clayman's snaps to me are very confusing and not convincing As Faizy suggested do heaps of research Please keep us posted. Good Luck Mate..
  15. @ Faizy - Thanks...Yes I do agree with you that once things improve people tend to forget about the forum and posting photo's etc...But then I don't understand people are so detailed in their initial posts ( means to me - not lazy) .. If you see the detailed posts they mention timing, click snaps of the premises ( in some cases) , tell about the arrangements ( like the Dr.'s driver picked me up from Airport ) , in some cases even the name of the Assistant Dr's and nurses - which is good, means they love to write more and are not lazy , but then they just stop posting and disappear ....and this is not one user it is almost every 2nd person doing this... @ Future_HT_Doc : - As a Forum Moderator , please share your thoughts on the Links (photo's) .. to me they the whole thing seems confusing .. Again I may be wrong .... Thanks for sharing the profile... these are even on the official website and I don't think so I'm only going to base my decision on those snaps.. I hope you agree .. we need to see more here and talk to users about their entire experiences .. that is the challenge Cheers,
  16. Well it's fairly simple... and you did miss the whole point.. - To post full end to end results and not just focus on how your day was at the HT clinic was ( esp. for Dr.Radha Rani & Dr. Madhu) , Did you at least open and saw the links I have posted?
  17. Dear Members, It's being a while since I posted. I'm a regular visitor since last 6 years to this forum. I'm saving money to get my HT done from Dr.Hasson & Wong , I'm an Aussie -Indian , now in India and was just reviewing my options in India. Only a handful of Dr. Radha Rani's/Dr.Madhu's patients have posted full end to end photos of their experience with the Doctor. While going to the posts I found this Hair Restoration Social Network ? Community for and by Hair Loss Patients - cardel25's Profile - Look at the pictures from side angle http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/166216-3271-grafts-dr-radha-rani-awesome-no-pain.html - Look at the last photo These are photo's of two separate user's and to me they appear to be one and the same esp. the side angles . I may be wrong , Please correct me... Another thing I don't understand is that user's posting a FULL experience ( including timings etc) about their day at the doctor's clinic on the day of HT and then just not posting the progress and disappearing . I have seen this pattern in many posts. If I had a HT I will surely not write a long post on my day on HT , yes in saying that I will provide as much details as possible and secondly in order to help members I will post post-op snaps and be more detail on my progress rather than than the HT day . I believe it's just a human tendency...coz I know I want to help others and seek advice's from you mainly on issues after the procedure .... I call any user's/patients of Dr. Radha Rani and Dr. Madhu to please post full pictures , If you are now in India I would like to get in touch with you and speak to you directly This is an open challenge ... so please chip in as it would help me and other Hair Loss suffers to make informed decisions. Cheers, Down_Under
  18. Hey mate! from what i have read uptill now , no good reports for bosley. Bosley has screwed many people. Try some other clinic,, U need to do tons of reseach before selecting a doctor as Mahair always says u need to stay here for 6 months,, ( i dont know where does this 6 monts came from ) Mahir cant it be atleast 5 months? kidding
  19. Being new from what i have learned is that Body hair doesnt have a natural look. ABove all body hair doesnt grow! But an NW7 with loads of BH should consider a BHT , i dont think so full hair restoration and necessary. If our hairline is fine everthing is fine and people dont look whether ur crown area is blading or not.Ur first impression is ur hairline.
  20. I strongly think that the Doctor should carry out majority of the surgery. Placing grafts is very important in a HT, i think it needs skill ,the graft should be placed well in order to grow.b
  21. HEY I have used nanogen only once and it looks good on the crown area. But u need a good hold spray otherwise it will be a mess.Hairline iam not sure if u have really a thin one.R u going to use it daily? or for socail events?
  22. Hey Damo Looks gr8 ! ur lucky guy.... Keep it up mate. Cheers
  23. Hey Guys Keeping u guys updated! Had a talk with a Hair Consultant from New hair Clinic. He advised me to go on propecia for first six months to stabilise the hair loss, then undergo a HT for 1300 grafts and then remain on proscar. However when i returned home, i got a email from another Clinic based in Cananda saying that i need 3000 grafts. Iam a bit confused here. I have already started using Nizoral 2 % and nanogen in my crown area to add a little density. The Consultant applied some on my hair and it works. Iam also concered about the price as NHC charges 8 per graft ,being 24 years old iam still settling in AUstralia ( iam basically from India) and being the only support for my parents in India ( please suggest me something which can make me feel positive) .These are my inital steps against bladness , I would ber very Thankful for ur support in every step..... Cheers.....
