ive hard and have even used my self nizoral since it has the chemical ketoconazole and an article i read said "

Nizoral shampoo contains ketoconazole and is available over the counter in a 1% solution and in prescription form at 2%. Studies have shown that 2% ketoconazole shampoo used on the scalp every three days was as effective as minixidil in preventing hair loss. Ketoconazole works by reducing the amount of DHT in the scalp and may help with frontal hair loss."

so what other shampoos are out there that i can use? or perhaps what has worked good for you?

we all have different stages and i am a male 22 year old hispanic oon the 3rd stage of the scale.

Jack,

A ketoconazole-based shampoo is what's normally recommended. In fact, many hair loss sufferers refer to minoxidil, finasteride, and ketoconazole as the "big three."
