propecia erection side effect?

Hi,

I just started taking propecia about 5 days ago.

The other night, I masturbated for about 4 hours straight and had an erection the whole time.

The next morning, I noticed my penis was puffy and the tissue was rather soft and weak, and I could not get an erection at all.

 

Now I'm confused, I don't know if I caused damage by having an erection for so long, or if it's a propecia side effect.

 

In any case, I want to stop the propecia for a few days to see if my erection returns.

Seeing as I just started the Propecia 5 days ago, is it ok to stop it for a few days and start again? Or will this totally ruin the whole process
