Regular Member denonnn Posted July 25, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted July 25, 2009 Hi all yesterday I bumped my right temple. I am 3,5 weeks post op. I became red and a bit swollen yesterday. Today it's still a bit red. Can this effect my growth? Thanks

Senior Member youngsuccess Posted July 25, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 25, 2009 The grafts should be secure by 3.5 weeks; I think you're fine. The only complication might be if significant scabbing was still present, and you somehow managed to rip an adherent crust with a graft out, but that seems highly unlikely. You can check with your doctor, but I wouldn't worry. ------- All opinions are my own and my advice should not constitute as medical advice. Regular Member denonnn Posted July 25, 2009 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 25, 2009 no all scabbing was gone 12 days post op. I even almost shedd all the implanted hairs. But since it got swollen and is still a bit red, I am verry worried. You know, that 3 or 4 cm2 place I bumped my head I have paid a lot or money for !! Senior Member SERIOUS Posted July 25, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 25, 2009 No bleeding, No worry... (particularly at 3.5 weeks... but you can also contact your clinic if you want to be reassured)
