Senior Member damo Posted November 18, 2004 Senior Member Share Posted November 18, 2004 Hi there Iam a 29 male from Australia.I started going bald when i was 23.This was a major concern for me ,because i thought that at such a young age i would look unattractive to women and prematurley age. After years of putting up with my receding hairline i decided to take the first steps into finding a solution to fix the problem.I started with my local doctor who put me onto Minoxidil, and Propecia. I used this type of method for 6 months with results but not the results i was after. I was after a permenant solution. This is when it took many months of research via the internet and books to find a right HT surgeon to discuss my problem with. After choosing the right surgeon i went ahead and had a Ht done back in June 2004.Its being 5 months now and Iam wrapped with the results so far.I would highly recommend this option if you are looking for a permenant solution. The amount of confidence i got back from doing it was worth all the money in the world i spent on the surgery. This is just a basic outlook on what i went through. If you would like to read my full story i did up my own website with the story of my Hair Transplant Journey.
