Reduce redness (bepanthen/bepanthol)

Hi,

I was given aloe vera for the post-op to reduce redness and itchning. But the aloe vera is actually irritating my scalp.

My question is, can I use bepanthan ointment? It helps a lot but I want dont want to affect the outcome! I am 6 weeks post-op. My doctor is recommending aloe vera but it doesnt work.

Only time really works. I used the ointments and not sure how much it helped. I agree on the Aloe Vera.

I used this cream in a pinch if I had to meet people live for work. My Dr said it was ok to use but I really only used it on rare occasions. It does a great job of concealing the redness
