Regular Member roscopeeco Posted May 1, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted May 1, 2009 i chose to do my first procedure from hasson and wong...i appreciated their level of realistic expectations over the phone. i had a virtual consultation so they were unsure of exactly how many grafts they could get in the first procedure. they were honest enough to tell me 3500 grafts might be all they can get out of the first procedure. that was my first clue to let me know they had some ethics about them and weren't trying to over sale me. fortunately after it was all said and done they were able to get 4375 grafts and i was very pleasantly surprised. i can't tell you how impressed i was with the doctor. extremely profession and his clinic was top notch. the view from sitting in the chair was amazing. i got the panoramic view of the vancouver skyline. i have read this board often and know the process of finding a surgeon so if anyone has any questions please don't be scared to ask. it has been one day since my procedure. i go back today for a scalp wash and then off to the airport. jesse no pain no gain

Senior Member PLEASE GROW PLEASE Posted May 1, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted May 1, 2009 Thats a good amount of graft for a very nice cosmetic change. Now its 3 months of misery but its usually worth it in the end.

Senior Member tony71 Posted May 4, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted May 4, 2009 Did you have any swelling? And if you travelled by plane, were you able to pass security wearing a hat without them asking to take it off? Thanks!
