Regular Member alopie Posted April 30 Regular Member Share Posted April 30 I am looking for something similar to Hair Vitalic, or Complidermol 5a plus. Essentially, a complex of leaf extracts (like saw palmetto) and vitamins (B6, D3, biotin, zinc) that have the potential to assist DHT inhibition. Is there a good brand or any recommendations on what works best?
solution7
In general, most hair supplements are not vastly different than your average good multivitamin. But the new product K11 looks interesting. I think I will try it soon.

solution7
@12345 Yes, I don't want to post the site but it's called "system K11." Also, for transparency, I know the founder. But, he put together a good formula which contains procyanidin b2, ergothienine, and several other key ingredients. Overall, it's just a really healthy formula to take for overall wellness.
