Switching to Dutasteride

[Hair today, gone tomorrow.]

Hi everyone, I've just joined the forums.

I've got my 2nd hair transplant procedure booked with HDC in May and I'm looking forward to documenting my progress here upon my return!

 

I'm thinking after my ht of switching from Finasteride to Dutasteride and was wondering if anyone who has done the same can offer any experiences they had, side effects etc?

I have been on dutaseride for almost 2 years and have had minimal hair loss since.

That being said from the transition of fin to dut I definitely shed some hair that sadly never came back.

I also have not experienced any side effects.

I think dutaseride in my experience was much more effective than finasteride.

I take 500 microgams 6 out of 7 days a week.
