Regular Member Portugal Posted March 12 Regular Member Share Posted March 12 I’m 3 weeks post HT and my scalp has gone really dry and flakey. I’m using baby shampoo and argon oil but that’s all. After a hair transplant, the scalp undergoes a healing process, which can lead to dryness as the skin repairs itself. This is a normal part of the recovery process.
