Dr. Glenn Charles Posted February 7 Share Posted February 7 Once the scalp has completely healed after a hair transplant there is not a lot the patient can do to effect the growth that is going to start 3-5 months after procedure. I tell patients that after 2 week a blow dryer can be used but safer to use at lower temperature or at farther distance from scalp. Hair products can be used 3-4 weeks post-op.
