How to get ECG for HT?

My Eugenix procedure is in 26 days. Eugenix just contacted me and told me I need to have an ECG and to get bloodwork done. The bloodwork is easy, but (for my fellow Americans) how did you go about setting up an ECG?

 

UPDATE: It turns out I was able to get my PCP to agree to give me the EKG herself. I thought she might, but I'm trying to keep my HT quiet and I know she will be very inquisitive about what procedure I'm getting that requires the EKG. If she presses me, I'll just tell her it's a cosmetic procedure and she'll have to guess what I was the next time she sees me. 😉😅
