Hair shedding post HT and new growth

Hi all,

So, hair shedding can start and end sooner or later after HT. If it starts sooner and ends sooner, does that mean the new hair will also begin to grow sooner? And consequently, if the shedding is delayed or takes longer, will that also slow down the growth of the new hair? Or are these two not so strictly correlated?

Thanks!

Usually after a HT, shedding phase can occur till month three. Once this phase is over gradually you'll see new hair popping up. For some people there can be minimal shedding and early growth. On the other hand, it can be exactly opposite.

So, even if shedding continues into month three, there could still be growth in month four?

Yes, after the completion of shedding phase you can have some early good growth.
