Anyone know how to get in touch with their office?

I’ve been trying for a month with no success. 
 

I know there is a long waitlist but I can’t seem to even get on the waitlist.

Man even if he does reply there's a good chance that he will engage in a long back-and-forth discussion with you and then randomly ghost you halfway through.

He has done this to me twice.
