Wpawp
Hey so I'm 6 days out from the day of surgery and the donor area and to a lesser degree the recipient area are itchy. I'm disciplined enough to resist the itch urge but it can get hard at times. When is it ok to scratch if at all?
Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted December 3, 2023 Valued Contributor Share Posted December 3, 2023 Consider taking anti histamines via consultation with your surgeon. Aloe Vera can help to a degree in the donor area. All the best. 1 GATSBY 'UNPLUGGED!' 15,671 (3 surgeries) Grafts FUE+BHT Dr. Sethi Eugenix
Senior Member Chrisno Posted December 3, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted December 3, 2023 I found the nights most difficult, while I was sleeping. One night I woke up scratching my hairline ever so slightly. The next nights I duct taped my hands to my thighs, which I did for the next 6 nights up until the 12 night, just to be safe. 1 2500 FUE by Dr. Victor Hasson, June 2023
