My dermatologist recommended to me ASCEplus HRLB exosomes. On their website it says "The 10 billion exosomes, in combination with 10 growth factors, 30 nutrients, biotin and copper tripeptide, are fundamental to scalp care." It is quite expensive, I think around 600€. I know that normally you would do exosomes with scalp injections. But it is not allowed in Europe yet, however it is allowed to do it with microneedling.
