Study details can be found at: http://www.sherdog.net/forums/...s-hair-loss-1048581/ Also increasing testosterone levels apparently does not increase DHT levels, but a decrease in testosterone, as men age, can lead to an increase in DHT. So testosterone is good for hairloss?? On the other hand, I heard maca root is used as an alternative to creatine, and also helps with reducing hairloss as well. Anyone got any thoughts on this? Weight training or any exercise that puts presure on the scar is not recommended until atleast 6-9 months after, as you run the risk of stretching. My HT doc said light exercise is ok 1 month after- I been keeping my workouts to less than 10-15 mins, and then showering immediately to prevent sweating/infection.
