  1. Maxxy, I had FUE. My HT doc said light exercise is ok 1 month after- I been keeping my workouts to less than 10-15 mins, and then showering immediately to prevent sweating/infection. If you have any other thoughts on this or the maca root, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
  2. I just started gym 2 months after my HT, and I read a clinical study about creatine increasing DHT levels in some rugby players. Study details can be found at: http://www.sherdog.net/forums/...s-hair-loss-1048581/ Also increasing testosterone levels apparently does not increase DHT levels, but a decrease in testosterone, as men age, can lead to an increase in DHT. So testosterone is good for hairloss?? On the other hand, I heard maca root is used as an alternative to creatine, and also helps with reducing hairloss as well. Anyone got any thoughts on this?
  3. Thanks for the ultrafast reply Maxxy. Was the witch-hazel in the form of an ointment, spray or cream?
  4. Hi, Its 2.5 months after my HT, and I am getting good growth in my recipient area, but also a lot of scalp pimples. I am now starting to also get some feeling back in my scalp as of today, which means that it is starting to become somewhat painful too. I noticed 1 or 2 times, after I took a shower, I had some minor bleeding where the pimples were, which was a little disconcerting also. Just wondering what I can use to get rid of scalp pimples after a HT?
  5. Hey Sparky, I'd also be interested to know which doctor was good for the donor recharging. As far as I know, Dr Cole talks a lot of about donor recharging.
  6. hi guys, i had a procedure done with dr armani about a month ago - my donor area looks a bit thin too. Might be some shock loss too. I am also worried about all these negative comments on the forum. If you look at the donor area, there seems to be a distinct line there where the grafts were harvested. Does anyone know approx. how long it normally takes for the donor area to thicken up so its not noticeable anymore?
