we would like to present below a case of a patient with diffuse thinning across the entire scalp. You can find below the details of the surgery.

Patient Details 

Surgical Plan: Hairline reconstruction, density increase in the frontal, fronto-temporal area, mid scalp and crown. The surgery was performed in one day with 3 sessions of extraction and implantation 

Patient´s age: 41 years old. The patient was using medication (finasteride and minoxidil) prior to the surgery. 

Hair Type: asian, dark and medium to coarse hair

Number of Grafts Implanted: 3003 grafts, 2050 were implanted in the hairline and frontal area, the rest of the grafts were implanted in the mid scalp and crown.

0.8mm manual and micromotor punch were used for the extraction.
