Can anyone tell me if this is MPB? Would really appreciate (images attached)

I’m 19 years old, my dad is NW7, brother is NW3 both have MPB. Would really appreciate some advice. I’m confused if it’s just my hairline maturing, tell me whether I’m receding or am I being paranoid, I’m scared to get on finasteride if I don’t really need it because it’s a big commitment for life and I don’t want to take it too early when I’m not even sure if I have MPB.

those little hairs are miniaturized and will eventually disappear. whether it will continue, speed up or stop after that is a question of genetics

The best thing that you can do right now is visit a dermatologist who specialises in hairloss, do a trichoskopy and clear this out if you have MPB.

From this pictures and without before pictures it is really hard to tell.

Except from oral finasteride there are other options too if you are balding like minoxidil and topical finasteride.
