Microneedling on cobblestoned skin

As of recently ive had a few people reach out after posting about skin texture issues after a hair transplant. Specifically cobblestonning. They said that it helped reduced the issue at hand. Does anyone have any experience with this issue? Especially depth, frequency. So on and so forth

I don't have direct experience on microneedeling with cobblestoning, but I've heard of people using microneedling to alleviate pimple scars on the face with success. If the area is properly healed, microneedling might also help revive some sleeping grafts. I'd say go for it
