Frizzy hair

I’m 9 months post transplant. My new hair is still developing but has moved on from the thin wirey stage to a mild frizz.
 

It’s fine for 6-8 hours but towards the end of the day frizzes up a little. What’s everyone using to negotiate this stage? 
 

I’ve also found styling powder to be effective but I don’t fancy using it on a daily basis as it’s quite harsh on new hair. Gels have always been a no go for me (even when I had a full head of hair) because my hair is relatively thin naturally . Any pointers are much appreciated
