Mixing finasteride with 100% pure squalene oil to make a liposomal-like solution

Hi guys, I have no background in compounding drugs but I am seeking help from someone because I don't want to make this in a simple ethanol/ppg solution and raise the systemic absorption of the drug.

Please, don't be offended if you think I'm just too dumb, I'm a simple guy trying to find a better option for an issue I have.

I have no experience but came across this study that says that squalene oil can be a very good drug carrier into the skin that works something like liposomes.

I would like to know your opinion about if I add finasteride dissolved in alcohol 99% to 100% squalene oil using an ultrasonic cleaner would work in order to encapsulate the finasteride molecules.
