I meant in New England in the US. So Northeast US. It would be the most convenient although willing to travel for quality/price for sure. Just trying to do my research. The most popular in our area is Leonard hair transplant associates but I have not seen any reviews on this site for them. I have a consultation with Dr. Miln in 2 weeks in London, I've been following his Instagram for some time now, really good results.
