I had followed my surgeon’s instructions to the letter. That’s the best thing to do really post op. I’m not familiar with the ointment you’ve mentioned sorry. Valued Contributor A_4_Archan Posted June 18, 2023 Valued Contributor Share Posted June 18, 2023 (edited) @Met Scabs generally will go around 10-12 days post op...you can gently apply a bit of pressure after 10th day to remove them...you can use olive or coconut oil 1 hour before washing your head to soften those scabs and also use conditioner for thr same ... Terramycin ointment can be applied on the donor area to make it heal better and quicker....its an antibiotic drug ..
